This class focuses on women’s wellness, How to eat smart shop smart and live smart. Learn about simple nutrition and food concepts that can be applied to everyday food choices. Learn to eat healthy and make better food choices. This class will also discuss making smart choices while grocery shopping. As women we are always exposed to stress. Learn what you can do daily to relieve stress with simple stress management and Abhyanga techniques.

Your favorite massage oil, Water, Pen, pencils, notebook to take notes, a towel and your positive attitude.
About the Presenter:
The workshop is organized by Gauri Junnarkar founder of ‘ Ayurnutrition’, an integrative wellness practice in DFW, TX. Gauri is a Food, Nutrition and Ayurveda Expert. She is a Registered Licensed Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator, Ayurveda Practitioner and Licensed Massage Therapist. Gauri has a Masters in Nutrition and Bachelor’s Degree in Ayurveda.
